1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing guardxkeys.com or placing an order with GuardXKeys, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not use our services. These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of the website, whether purchasing online, by phone, or by any other means.
GuardXKeys reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
2. About GuardXKeys
GuardXKeys is an independent authorized reseller of software licenses. We are authorized to sell genuine software licenses from multiple publishers, including Norton, McAfee, Bitdefender, Malwarebytes, Avast, ESET, Webroot, Trend Micro, Panda Dome, Kaspersky, AVG, and F-Secure. GuardXKeys is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or a subsidiary of any of these publishers. See our full Disclaimer for details.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from GuardXKeys. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:
- You are of legal age to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction
- All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete
- You are authorized to use the payment method provided
- The purchase and use of the product you are ordering is lawful in your jurisdiction
4. Products & Pricing
All prices are in US dollars (USD) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. The price at the time your order is confirmed is the price you will be charged.
Product availability is not guaranteed. GuardXKeys reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order, including in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud. In the event of a cancellation, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
5. Orders & Payment
Orders may be placed via our website or by phone with a GuardXKeys advisor. An order is not confirmed until payment has been received and accepted. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is due in full at the time of order.
GuardXKeys uses PCI-DSS-compliant third-party payment processors. We do not store, transmit, or have access to your full credit card number at any time.
6. Digital License Delivery
All products sold by GuardXKeys are digital software license keys delivered by email. Upon receipt of payment:
- Your license key will be sent to the email address you provided, typically within 15 minutes
- Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive the email promptly
- GuardXKeys is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect email addresses provided by the customer
- If you have not received your license key within 2 hours, contact us immediately
Delivery of the license key to the email address you provided constitutes fulfillment of our delivery obligation.
7. License Use & Restrictions
All software licenses are subject to the End User License Agreement (EULA) of the respective software publisher. By activating a license key, you agree to the publisher's EULA. You may not:
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense a key purchased for personal use
- Use a key on more devices than the plan permits
- Share a license key in violation of the publisher's terms
- Use any product for illegal purposes or in a manner that violates applicable law
- Attempt to circumvent publisher activation systems or DRM protections
8. Manufacturer Support
Genuine GuardXKeys licenses entitle you to the full technical support offered by the software publisher. GuardXKeys advisors can assist with product selection and purchasing guidance. For installation issues, software errors, virus removal, or technical troubleshooting, you should contact the relevant publisher's support team directly. GuardXKeys can provide publisher support contact information upon request.
9. Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Key points:
- Defective or invalid license keys will be replaced or refunded with no time limit
- Most refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase
- Activated license keys are generally non-refundable unless defective
10. Geographic Restrictions
GuardXKeys operates primarily in Canada. Certain products, including Kaspersky, are restricted for sale to U.S. residents under applicable U.S. federal regulations. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that any product purchased is lawful to buy and use in their jurisdiction. GuardXKeys will not knowingly complete sales that violate applicable export or trade law.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and code — is the property of GuardXKeys or is used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any website content without our prior written consent. Product names and logos referenced on this site belong to their respective owners.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
GuardXKeys provides its website and services "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Ontario and Canadian law, GuardXKeys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, revenue, profits, or business — arising from your use of our services or the software products you purchase. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to that claim.
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GuardXKeys and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable legal expenses arising out of: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your use of our website or services; or (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including the publisher's EULA.
15. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and applicable federal Canadian law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable Canadian consumer protection legislation.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
